It's recommended but not required. Grow to Lead builds your personal growth foundation; Lead to Impact builds your leadership skills. If you haven't done Grow to Lead, you'll still benefit greatly — but alumni will find the progression seamless.
All sessions are recorded. You'll have access to replay any session you miss. However, live attendance is encouraged for the interactive discussions and coaching.
