Everything you need to know about the Grow to Lead Program

This program is designed for healthcare professionals at all levels – doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, hospital managers, clinic owners, and anyone in the healthcare sector who wants to invest in their personal growth and leadership development. Whether you're just starting your career or are a seasoned professional, the 15 Laws of Growth apply to everyone.

The Maxwell DISC Assessment is a comprehensive behavioral assessment that identifies your primary communication style (Dominant, Influential, Steady, or Conscientious). You'll complete the online assessment before Week 4, and then receive a personal debrief session with Dr. Mawela to help you understand your results and apply them to your leadership and relationships.

We intentionally keep the cohort small to ensure quality interaction, meaningful connections, and personalized attention. A small group allows for deeper discussions, stronger accountability partnerships, and ensures that Dr. Mawela can engage meaningfully with each participant throughout the program.

You can pay in full upfront, or split your payment into two instalments (50% deposit to secure your spot, and 50% balance to be settled before the program starts on 4 February 2026). Early bird pricing of R5,000 is available until 16 January 2026.

The program is delivered virtually via Zoom every Wednesday from 18:30 to 20:00 SAST. Each 90-minute session includes teaching, group discussion, breakout accountability pairs, industry-specific application, and weekly challenges. You can join from anywhere with an internet connection.
