Dr Sanjay Sadhwani
Specialist Urologist
Dr Sanjay Sadhwani is a Specialist Urologist with a specific interest in minimally invasive surgery.
Dr Sadhwani currently holds the position of Consultant Urologist at Greys Hospital, Pietermaritzburg, South Africa and lecturer in the Division of Urology at the University of Kwa- Zulu Natal. He also works in the private sector within Pietermartizburg.
He is an award winner and member of the Golden Key Society and has been practicing urology since 2014 at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital. He was admitted as Fellow of the College of Urologists of South Africa in 2022. He obtained his Master’s degree (MMed Urology) in 2022.
He is a member of the South African Urological Association and was the Urology registrar representative during his residency time in KZN. He was also awarded the Best Urology Registrar Award in 2020 & 2022 at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.
His special interests include Andrology, Uro-oncology, Uro-gynae and endourology. In his spare time he is a marathon runner (Two oceans, Soweto marathon), cyclist(Cape town cycle tour/Cape Argus) and mountain climbing.
