Managing Director of Shomang Group of companies which provides advice on risk, insurance, and re- insurance solutions. Mosidi holds a Master’s in Business Leader Degree, BAdmin Honour and BAdmin Degrees all from Unisa. She is a member of the Institute of Risk Management South Africa, the Institute of Directors of South Africa and a Fellow member of the Insurance Institute of South Africa. Mosidi also provides Consumer Education on behalf of South African Insurance Association (SAIA) which is an association for non-life insurance companies mainly on radio, webinars etc. She provides technical expertise and content on topical insurance issues which affects the industry. Her career includes being Chief Claims Officer for Zurich Southern Africa, Head of Claims & Assessment Services at Santam, Head of Bond Cancellations at FNB and Executive: Shared Services at Transnet Housing. Mosidi consulted for South African Special Risk Insurance Association (SASRIA) on large and complex claims. She serviced on the following boards: • Mauritian Eagle, • International Association of Auto Theft Investigators (Southern Africa Branch) • Lifeline Ekurhuleni. • Bohwa ba Rona Trust
