Dr Rochelle Adams
HIV Clinician & Researcher
Dr Rochelle Adams is a medical doctor who has expertise in HIV prevention and HIV/TB care and treatment programs in public health and research settings. She supported the national Advanced Clinical Care (ACC) curriculum development during her time as the ACC program manager at CAPRISA and was sub-investigator on the HIV prevention as HIVITB and DRTB Care and Treatment trials. She was an advisor for Wits RHI's large-scale national community- based HIV prevention program and the CATALYST implementation science study integrating the Dapivirine Ring and CAB-LA into 6 sites in South Africa.
Her passion is capacity building of health care workers and health system strengthening for the improvement of patient health outcomes.
